Working together is a relationship I take seriously.

It’s rare to find a safe space with another human being who not only sees and understands your unique complexity, but listens to you carefully with the whole of that complexity in mind. A space without  judgment, agenda, or one-size-fits-all solutions and advice that don’t fit you. 


We all need to feel deeply seen and heard, and we usually don’t. Instead, we feel alone, other, disconnected from true belonging—forcing us to try to go it all alone, doing our healing work in isolation, or striving to meet the agenda of some self-appointed authority. That’s really hard. And painful. And it doesn’t work.

I’ll listen to you deeply, with empathy, compassion and respect. 

I’ll help you give voice to what’s murky, uncertain, fearful…so it can be dealt with (our hard stuff is never as dark as we think it is, once we shine some light on it).

I’ll meet you wherever you’re at. You never need to “perform” or cover up what’s real for you.

I’ll ensure there’s space, light, and air for whatever you want to grapple with. We’ll do it together.

I typically see clients 1-2 times monthly in 60-minute sessions, by Zoom or phone (your choice). I’m flexible and I want to do what works for your specific needs; we can tailor that together.

I’ll request your natal information (date, time, place of birth) to distill your astrological archetypes (don’t worry; you do not need to know anything about astrology…I don’t use technical language in our work). All details are held in confidentiality. If you choose not to share this information, or do not know all the details of your natal information, that’s okay. We can discuss what our work will look like without it.

I provide session recordings. It can be really helpful to know you can always revisit a session as needed to glean any details, so you can be fully present in the session itself.

I’m available for quick check-ins via email or Voxer between sessions.
